SPRINGTIDES is a young independent Performance Festival with the objective of bringing together national and international professional Performance Artists at a unique location in Germany. In and around the Castle Salzau for the second time Artists will present their work.

The Nature of Performance Art lies in the unpredictable, the visualisation of the processes of constant change. A quiet note along side colossal movements and the capacity of destruction. The metaphor of springtides collects and binds these characteristics.
The participating Artists experience this dynamic in their lives and channel it into their performances.
I wish all attending an aware participation and sensitive perception during the
